REGISTRATION

Registration forms should be sent fully completed, together with the bank receipt no later than July 3 st 2009. Registration will be confirmed to participants after receipt of the above mentioned documents.

Participants may also register at the Congress Secretariat which will operate at the Congress Building during the Congress .

CONGRESS FEES

** Student who enjoy a reduced fee must send together with the registration form, a copy of their student card or an official letter from their educational Institution confirming their status. The original document must be shown to the Congress Secretariat at the registration in the congress venue.

The registration fee of participants includes attendance of all scientific sessions, conference material, certificate of attendance, coffee break, get together party and Closing Congress dinner.

The registration fee of accompanying persons includes the get-together party and the Closing Congress dinner.

08.30          Departure from the Hotel, head through Santa Cruz de La Palma on our way to the Roque de Los                     Muchachos Observatory, where we can enjoy the best panoramic views of the island. Lunch in                               Puntagorda and stop at the El Time look-out to see the Caldera de Taburiente from a different angle.

FRIDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2009

10.00           Departure from the Hotel, visit the San Antonio Volcano, a natural site like you have never seen with a                    supernatural charm, Visitors’ Centre  and lunch in Tasca el Fogón.

A minimum of 15 people is required for the excursion to be realised.
Under this number, the excursion will be cancelled.

REGISTRATION
Full settlement of the registration fee is required for the registration to be confirmed.

All cancellation requests should be submitted in written to the Congress Secretariat. For any written cancellation of registration submitted until 20 ^TH July ^.the amount paid is refunded less administrative charges for credit card use or bank transfer while after this date and until 1^ST September 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date no refund will be possible.

ACCOMODATION
A minimum deposit of 2 nights is required in order to receive confirmation for accommodation. Full settlement of accommodation should be completed until 1^ST Septemberr (first-come, first-served).

For any written cancellation of accommodation submitted until 1^ST August one night deposit will be charged as cancellation fee, while after this date and until 1^ST September two nights will be charged as cancellation fee. After this date no refund will be possible.

Payment for registration, accommodation, tours, excursions and social events can be made either by credit card or bank transfer to MAGNA CONGRESOS S.L.
